The Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for * Portions of Arkansas and Louisiana, including the following areas, in Arkansas, Columbia and Union. In Louisiana, Bienville, Caldwell, Claiborne, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Union, Webster, and Winn. * Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon * Showers and thunderstorms will continue pushing slowly east across North Central Louisiana. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches possible through the mid afternoon will be possible before heavy rain diminishes from the west. As a result, brief localized flash flooding will still be possible. * Heavy rainfall may lead to flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas, as well as flooding of rivers, creeks, and streams.
